Customer Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new customers.

• Facilitate initial training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements.

• Create customized onboarding materials and resources in both Spanish and English.

• Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication with new customers.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the onboarding process.

• Monitor and evaluate onboarding effectiveness by utilizing customer feedback and onboarding metrics.

• Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding journey.

• Resolve customer issues swiftly and ensure timely solutions.

• Gain expertise in all Hostaway products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success roles within the SaaS industry.

• Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities.

• Capability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Must be able to work while physically located within LATAM.
