Sales Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging and interactive onboarding sessions through role-plays, discussions, and real-world scenarios.

• Develop scalable onboarding experiences that incorporate adult learning principles.

• Continuously enhance the curriculum by utilizing learner feedback, data analytics, and performance metrics.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to new sellers.

• Maintain accurate records of new hire rosters.

• Oversee session logistics, invitations, and communications across various cohorts.

• Collaborate with sales leaders, regional Sales Enablement Managers, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts from Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

• Keep leadership informed about the progress of sellers.

• Deliver integrated training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating sales onboarding or new hire training, preferably in a B2B context.

• In-depth understanding of sales processes and the seller's landscape.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles.

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.

• Experience with virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Google Meet, Sana) and Learning Management Systems.

• Proven ability to deliver dynamic and high-energy presentations.

• Experience in creating training guides and activities.

• Ability to leverage data to assess program effectiveness.

• Experience in managing schedules and logistics across multiple cohorts.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
