Customer Experience Manager, Select Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the service relationship and strategy for designated customers

• Guarantee exceptional service experiences and ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist in the execution of annual customer account strategies

• Work in conjunction with the consulting delivery team on critical consulting outputs

• Lead presentations during customer open enrollment sessions

• Aid in the implementation of strategic initiatives

• Track industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations

• Inform and empower customers about industry advancements

• Collaborate with sales, data operations, and product teams to enhance business development and operational efficiency

• Sustain relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit account management, supporting a benefit consulting team, with a proven track record managing a complex portfolio

• Understanding of benefits and renewal workflow management to effectively serve a large client base

• Possession of a Life & Health Producer’s License

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Must reside in the United States

• Experience with leading HR/Benefits technology platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with both large- and small-group benefits consulting is advantageous
