Customer Experience Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance Tableau dashboards along with advanced Excel reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with Customer Experience and cross-functional stakeholders to convert business requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Design and validate reporting logic, calculations, and visual representations.

• Monitor the performance of reports and investigate any discrepancies in data.

• Assist in reporting migrations, enhancements, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Manage reporting requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Maintain reporting documentation, training materials, and governance standards.

• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for Customer Experience and Supply Chain priorities.

• Transform orderbook and operational data into dependable reporting, actionable insights, and business recommendations.

• Implement approved AI and automation capabilities to enhance reporting speed, quality, consistency, and scalability while ensuring data stewardship.

• Take ownership of new projects and reporting initiatives from start to finish.

• Work closely with Customer Experience Leadership, Supply Chain, D&D, and global stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel with large datasets.

• At least 2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.

• Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.

• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis abilities.

• Capability to translate business objectives into reporting solutions and actionable insights.

• Experience in data quality validation and reporting governance practices.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
