Customer Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement training strategies and create training resources.

• Organize training sessions with companies and provide software guidance to staff.

• Evaluate outcomes and feedback from trainees to enhance materials and sessions.

• Recognize and support further training and software enhancement possibilities.

• Collaborate with management and software users to comprehend organizational requirements and customize training programs.

• Deliver remote learning courses to firms worldwide.

• Facilitate onsite/in-person training and consulting for firms in the US and Canada.

• Attend trade shows, user groups, and networking events alongside colleagues.

• Aid firms in implementing best-practice solutions and custom consulting endeavors.

• Design and deliver product webinars.

• Contribute to the development of innovative training methods and solutions to ensure customer success.

• Act as a primary training resource for internal MiniSoft team members.

• Offer online training, customer support, trip planning, and follow-up from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Compelling presentation skills and engaging style.

• Experience in teaching or providing training to varied audiences.

• Capability to flexibly create and implement training plans.

• Ability to manage oneself and act responsibly in a remote setting.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Customer service-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with web-based conferencing platforms (e.g., Webex, Zoom) is highly preferred.

• Experience in educational content creation is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel, including occasional international travel and potentially up to 80% travel during peak times.
