Customer Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Address inbound inquiries and phone calls, guiding customers through the purchasing journey.

• Assist educational decision-makers by identifying their needs and aligning TCI products accordingly.

• Market and sell TCI's programs via email, phone conversations, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.

• Encourage renewals by supporting current customers' use of TCI products, providing ongoing assistance, and exploring opportunities to extend implementation to additional grade levels.

• Aid customers in their purchasing choices by offering insights on previous purchases, sending samples, creating quotes, and following up on sales leads.

• Utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, Domo, and Google Suite tools for organization and tracking purposes.

• Work collaboratively with remote teams across the nation to accomplish time-sensitive objectives during peak seasons.

• Deliver ongoing training and presentations to assist current Florida customers in implementing TCI materials.

• Experience utilizing TCI materials in an educational context within Florida.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities; capable of articulating complex issues clearly and attentively listening to concerns.

• Strong presentation and sales aptitude; comfortable conducting virtual meetings.

• Detail-oriented with demonstrated troubleshooting skills.

• Organized self-starter who can effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects, and respond to urgent requests.

• Ability to work independently from a home office setting.

• Reliable internet access is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%, with increased travel during peak Professional Development sessions and conference periods.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
