Customer Care Specialist – Inbound Phone Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers via phone, offering friendly, professional, and prompt support

• Utilize HONK’s proprietary technology to link customers with its extensive network of service providers across the nation

• Evaluate and understand customer needs, establish rapport, and provide customized solutions

• Oversee service requests from initiation to completion and assist in resolving any issues or delays

• Clearly communicate service details, expectations, and subsequent steps to customers

• Provide exceptional customer service efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Approach customer issues creatively and take ownership to ensure a positive experience

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of HONK’s services, technology, and processes to assist customers and respond to inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of the state of Georgia

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on resolving issues over the phone

• Ability to engage customers quickly, calmly, and professionally, understanding their questions/issues and providing solutions

• Capacity to manage a high volume of phone calls professionally while maintaining composure under pressure

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer solutions using a consultative sales approach

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage

• Must have a private, uninterrupted workspace where information can remain confidential and work can be performed without distractions

• Must have an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 2.5 Mbps

• Prior experience working from home and having the necessary equipment for a remote work environment is preferred
