This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for customers.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards during every engagement.

• Record and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch.

• B2 level in English.

• Interest in the latest technology.

• Strong communication abilities.

• High level of empathy.

• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
