Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees regarding financial wellness, insurance options, retirement strategies, and personal finance matters.

• Act as a primary contact through phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Take charge of customer inquiries from initial consultation to the successful implementation.

• Articulate complex subjects in a clear manner, tailored to the audience's understanding.

• Play an active role in the continuous enhancement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training, a university degree, or equivalent experience in customer advisory roles, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Open to career changers with a strong customer service focus and a keen interest in financial subjects.

• Passionate about interacting with individuals and offering advice.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-focused work style.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Comfortable utilizing digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication methods.
