Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees on financial well-being, insurance, retirement planning, and various financial issues.

• Act as a primary contact via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Guarantee a superior customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries independently from initial consultation to final implementation.

• Clearly articulate complex subjects in a manner suitable for the intended audience.

• Play a role in the continual enhancement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer support.

• Individuals transitioning careers with a strong focus on service and an interest in financial subjects are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy engaging with individuals and providing advisory support.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication methods.
