Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees of client companies regarding financial wellness, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finances.

• Act as a key contact via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Ensure a superior customer experience.

• Independently manage customer inquiries from initial consultation to implementation.

• Clearly articulate complex subjects in a manner suitable for the audience.

• Actively participate in the continuous enhancement of services and processes.

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory services, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Individuals transitioning careers with a strong service mindset and a keen interest in financial subjects are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy engaging with people and providing advisory assistance.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication channels.
