Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees of client companies regarding financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finance.

• Act as a primary contact via phone, email, and digital channels.

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries independently from consultation through to implementation.

• Clarify complex subjects in an understandable manner tailored to the audience.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Open to career changers with a strong service orientation and a keen interest in financial matters.

• Enjoy engaging with people and providing advice.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels.
