This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Review and document cash and in-kind asset transfers within the trust accounting system.

• Collaborate with sub-custodians to finalize trades from initial booking through to settlement for mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs.

• Conduct reconciliations of invested assets and cash activities between the trust accounting system and sub-custodian by established deadlines.

• Work alongside Implementation Managers and Investment teams to transition new and conversion-qualified plans onto the client’s platform.

• Coordinate with receiving record keepers to liquidate and transfer plan assets from the client’s platform.

• Update, maintain, and evaluate client data within CRM systems.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timelines are met.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of written operating procedures related to assigned responsibilities.

• Be proactive and analytical, with the ability to solve problems and suggest solutions.

• Demonstrate a high level of organization and reliability.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage client expectations.

• Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.

• General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, along with experience in one or more compliance/record-keeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
