This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish strategic technological priorities, decision-making criteria, and a corporate R&D roadmap.

• Guide business leaders in making decisions regarding architecture, investments, digital capability evolution, and innovation.

• Monitor trends in Generative AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, and Automation to proactively apply them to the business.

• Design and assess proof of concepts (PoC), MVPs, and pilots to validate technical feasibility, security, scalability, and ROI.

• Serve as a technology reference for pre-sales teams and relationships with key clients.

• Review technical and architectural decisions in strategic projects, identifying technological debts and managing IT risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic background: Systems Engineering, Software, Telecommunications, Computing, or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years in technical leadership roles, technological strategy, enterprise architecture, or R&D, with proven impact on executive decisions.

• Definition and monitoring of technology roadmaps and IT governance.

• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI), data, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation.

• Evaluation of PoC/MVP, technical feasibility, scalability, and technological risk mitigation.

• Familiarity with applied innovation methodologies and rapid experimentation.

• Spanish - NATIVE.

• Desirable: TOGAF, architecture in AWS/Azure/GCP, Agile methodologies, or IT Governance frameworks.
