CT Clinical Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire expertise in product, clinical, and software aspects within the CT modality.

• Integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product insights to assist clinicians in maximizing their use of GE Healthcare equipment.

• Conduct pre-sales product clinical assessments and educational presentations for prospective clients.

• Create and implement clinical training programs for end-users in accordance with Sales Order Agreements.

• Partner with sales, project management, and service teams to facilitate customer training coordination.

• Provide on-site or remote clinical education to enhance revenue generation.

• Fulfill documentation requirements from pre-training stages to post-training evaluations.

• Offer post-installation training and ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement.

• Relay product and customer feedback or opportunities to management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.

• Assist in resolving clinical and technical issues and enhancing product offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree along with CT Modality certification.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CT Technologist.

• Must reside in the designated territory or be prepared to relocate to Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; or the Southern Rocky Region.

• Comfortable working in a clinical/patient setting.

• Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 80% (4–5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) across the US using various modes of transportation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer/web-based tools.

• Capability to learn industry-specific software and deliver digital education and training solutions.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• GE Healthcare will not provide sponsorship for employment visas.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.

• Preferred: 10+ years of clinical experience.

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with GE CT equipment.
