Cross Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess Print Templates, Social Media templates, General Graphics, and associated design assets in relation to technical, aesthetic, usability, and market standards.

• Conduct hands-on evaluations of Photo, Video, Motion Graphics, and other media in accordance with established guidelines and category-specific calibrations.

• Analyze editable source files, layout, typography, file organization, compatibility, originality, metadata, and user experience.

• Manage evaluations of complex, ambiguous, escalated, and integrity-related content.

• Raise legal or IP issues through designated channels.

• Facilitate reviewer calibrations, assist in guideline interpretation, and mentor fellow reviewers.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and Content Operations to oversee volume management, aging queues, productivity, and quality of reviews.

• Verify AI-assisted review results and offer insights to enhance automated checks and reviewer tools.

• Work alongside Operations, Developers, and Content Specialists to improve workflows and processes.

• Utilize Zendesk and internal systems to document author/customer escalations.

• Evaluate author portfolios and deliver constructive feedback.

• Maintain adaptable review capacity across calibrated categories based on operational needs.

• Engage in cross-training to achieve independent review proficiency in additional Graphics queues within six months and broader cross-category expertise within twelve months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative content quality assurance, stock content review, or a similar digital media field.

• Advanced knowledge of Print Templates and General Graphics, including typography, layout, prepress/print readiness, editable files, and technical quality benchmarks.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Practical understanding of Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, including their formatting limitations.

• Hands-on experience in reviewing or producing photography and video content.

• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on cross-media reviews following calibration.

• Familiarity with creative media formats, metadata, licensing, copyright, IP, model/property-release issues, and market quality standards.

• Experience utilizing review systems, quality metrics, and AI-enhanced tools.

• Ability to critically assess automated decisions and propose enhancements.

• Strong coaching abilities and sound independent judgment.

• Clear and concise written feedback.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
