Audio Transcription Reviewer, Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carefully listen to brief audio recordings in Brazilian Portuguese.

• Validate and adjust word-level timestamps and segment boundaries produced by an automated system.

• Examine and amend spoken transcriptions in accordance with a comprehensive style guide.

• Identify and highlight ambiguous or unclear audio segments for further review.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout assigned batches.

• Contribute to a speech data annotation project focused on Brazilian Portuguese.

• Expertise in Brazilian culture and fluency in Portuguese; strong listening skills are essential.

• Previous experience in transcription, annotation, or data labeling is preferred.

• Capable of adhering to detailed style guides and annotation protocols.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding timestamp and boundary accuracy.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace equipped with high-quality headphones.
