CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Formulate CRM strategies for the Klaviyo accounts managed for clients.

• Develop and oversee editorial calendars.

• Compose comprehensive briefs to assist designers and copywriters in crafting emails.

• Foster client relationships through regular reporting, scheduled calls, and addressing client inquiries.

• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

• Extract insights from performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed.

• Suggest new initiatives to enhance client relationships.

• Report directly to the COO.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM or e-commerce.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.

• Strong passion for client relationship management.
