CRM Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer design and development expertise for the firm's Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform.

• Spearhead the redevelopment of current CRM functionalities into a new framework.

• Refactor custom features and reconstruct solutions when the source code is not available.

• Reinstate standard Dynamics relationships and data architectures.

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot workflows, as well as data entry and retrieval interfaces.

• Document work following established standards, including DevOps and ServiceNow protocols.

• Analyze existing CRM customizations and pinpoint functionalities that need redevelopment.

• Design, develop, and refactor tailored Peppermint CRM and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

• Oversee the technical migration of CRM data into the new framework.

• Collaborate with CMS subject matter experts to synchronize CRM with the Unified Case Management platform.

• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other business stakeholders.

• Assist in DevOps, change, and release management processes.

• Conduct code reviews, technical design evaluations, and solution assurance activities.

• Provide expert third-line support for intricate Peppermint CRM challenges.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and support platform optimization and reduction of technical debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Developer.

• Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Peppermint CRM development.

• Strong grasp of Dynamics data models, entity relationships, and platform architecture.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, and integration technologies.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Experience in refactoring legacy solutions and minimizing technical debt.

• Experience in delivering CRM migration and transformation projects.

• Familiarity with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, and Azure SQL Server is advantageous.

• Experience in legal, professional services, or regulated environments is a plus.

• Ability to generate high-quality technical documentation and recognize opportunities to enhance business value.

• Strong operational and analytical abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, operational managers, and colleagues.
