This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Offer programming and analytical support for generating real-world evidence, which encompasses analytics, research, and dashboard development.

• Program and oversee real-world healthcare datasets, including healthcare claims and electronic medical record (EMR) data.

• Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and normalization before analysis.

• Convert raw data into datasets that are ready for analysis.

• Develop and update data dictionaries and programming documentation.

• Provide hands-on analytical and programming assistance to internal research teams.

• Contribute to wider analytics initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree, such as a PhD, in a quantitative field with over 3 years of experience (e.g., statistics, epidemiology, public health) or a Master's degree in a related analytics field with more than 7 years of experience in real-world data and evidence generation.

• Proficient programming skills in SQL and R.

• Direct experience with programming Real-World Data (RWD).

• Practical experience with healthcare claims data.

• Familiarity with EMR data.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
