CRM – AI Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee database and CRM systems

• Ensure data quality, maintain records, and enhance and document structures and processes

• Generate analyses and statistics for specialized departments

• Manage data imports and interfaces, as well as oversee user permissions

• Assess data and system errors, identify underlying causes, and devise suitable solutions

• Provide training and support to the team regarding database and CRM inquiries

• Collaborate with external service providers and software vendors

• Coordinate and advocate for the use of artificial intelligence, and develop applications to further the foundation’s mission

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, data management, business information systems, or a related area

• Experience with databases and CRM systems, as well as proficiency in SQL and database queries

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, with a particular focus on Excel

• Familiarity with data structures and interfaces, emphasizing data quality

• Knowledge of digitalization and artificial intelligence

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Effective communication skills, a focus on teamwork, and a strong service orientation

• An approachable demeanor when engaging with individuals affected by stroke
