Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Quickly develop a deep understanding of Zeta’s products, reporting analysis, competitive strengths, resources, and processes, and communicate them effectively to prospects and clients.

• Initiate and oversee cross-channel programmatic advertising campaigns in collaboration with clients and internal teams to enhance client engagement with their customers.

• Facilitate weekly client status meetings to review campaign reports, optimizations, and insights.

• Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic upsell suggestions when performance and/or offerings align with the client’s business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver impactful reporting presentations in partnership with the analytics team.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with each client interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising within Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.

• Practical experience in activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns using leading DSPs.

• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision-making process.

• Strong analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.

• Enthusiasm for digital media and a comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising sector.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently while being open to guidance.

• Intelligent and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.

• Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel as required.
