Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee your own dedicated portfolio of clients while cultivating long-lasting, personal connections.

• Actively engage with clients to provide proactive, forward-thinking support.

• Offer guidance to clients regarding software applications related to online marketing.

• Address client inquiries through writing, phone calls, and various communication channels.

• Document and validate feature requests and bug reports, then relay them to the development team in an organized manner.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement and challenges that arise from client interactions, sharing insights with the team.

• Represent Digistore24 at VIP client events, business luncheons, and trade exhibitions.

• Assist clients with technical inquiries regarding APIs, upsell flows, and split tests.

• Investigate product approval and technical issues, coordinating solutions with clients and internal teams.

• Provide clients with advice on entering new markets.

• Monitor clients' social media presence and strengthen relationships through consistent engagement.

• Participate in team calls and familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in client support or customer success.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on precise, audience-appropriate messaging.

• Ability to convey complex subjects clearly in both written and verbal formats.

• Solutions-oriented mindset when managing conflicts.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated work style.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently from a home office environment.

• Eagerness to stay updated on current industry trends and self-learn about new topics.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.

• Experience in online marketing is a plus.

• Flexibility to participate in occasional late client meetings.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving technical problems.

• Willingness to communicate through email, phone, voice messages, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
