CRL Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative assistance for clinical trials, including managing documentation, organizing meetings, and maintaining records related to trials.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents while ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and address issues that arise during the study.

• Monitor and track the progress of trials, including managing communications with sites and ensuring the timely delivery of study materials.

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations and contribute to project success.

• Take responsibility for clinical trial management deliverables and leverage expertise to tackle complex challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related area.

• Significant experience in a clinical trial support position, with a strong comprehension of clinical trial processes and regulatory obligations.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage various tasks and projects.

• Proficient in clinical trial management systems and associated software.

• Strong attention to detail in documentation and data management.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
