Credit Controller – Fixed Term 6 months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated customer accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.

• Actively reach out to customers about overdue balances and follow up on payment arrangements.

• Examine payment delays, pinpoint discrepancies, and resolve issues related to accounts.

• Keep precise records of collection efforts, customer communications, and agreed payment dates.

• Track account statuses and arrange follow-ups to reduce overdue debts.

• Implement established credit control measures while maintaining positive customer relationships alongside collection objectives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
