This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Accounts Receivable positions for designated accounts through effective collections, credit management, research, and analysis.
• Set and uphold suitable credit limits by evaluating DSO and utilizing external credit risk management tools and reports.
• Foster interdepartmental relationships to facilitate swift resolutions to invoicing issues.
• Ensure timely payments from assigned accounts via consistent communication through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Initiate efforts for customer retention through daily interactions.
• Formulate strategies to encourage on-time payments and avoid credit hold status.
• Support audit processes and conduct bad debt analysis.
• Oversee all accounts within the assigned territory and enhance them into high cash-generating areas.
• Engage in activities related to customer credit, collections, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience in collections.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of GetPaid is beneficial.
• Capable of sitting for 75-100% of the applicable work time.
• Must be able to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of the applicable work time.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to ten pounds for up to 20% of applicable work time.
• Close Vision: ability to see clearly at a distance of twenty inches or less.
• Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be necessary depending on business needs.
• Compliance with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and all other relevant laws, regulations, and standards is required.
