Collections Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and dispatch emails to follow up on pending payments.

• Address customer objections and payment delays in a professional manner.

• Consistently follow up on payment commitments.

• Keep precise records and outline next steps.

• Strive to meet daily and weekly collection goals and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in collections is essential.

• Experience with US customers/accounts is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

• Clear, direct, and concise communication skills.

• Firm, persistent, and professional demeanor.

• Strong ability to follow through and take accountability.

• At ease working with targets and performance metrics.
