Credentialing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily credentialing processes and spearhead data analysis initiatives.

• Collaborate with Credentialing Leadership to pinpoint workflow deficiencies and monitor performance indicators.

• Perform regular audits of Monday.com task boards.

• Create and uphold workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Manage chatbot inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate members of the Credentialing team.

• Track and document incoming mail correspondence within Monday.com project boards.

• Supervise shared credentialing inboxes and generate relevant Monday.com tasks.

• Handle the intake of credentialing request forms and direct submissions to Government or Commercial workflow queues.

• Evaluate dashboards for claim volume and reimbursement patterns.

• Provide insights that inform decisions regarding payer credentialing prioritization.

• Prepare and circulate reports on payer enrollment and credentialing activities for cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle management is preferred.

• Proficiency in workflow management, process documentation, and collaboration across functions.

• Experience in generating precise and actionable data analyses.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experienced with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence/data visualization software.

• Knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).

• Exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude AI) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
