Credentialing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily credentialing processes and lead data analysis initiatives

• Collaborate with Credentialing Leadership to pinpoint workflow inefficiencies, monitor performance indicators, and create reports for cross-departmental stakeholders

• Perform regular audits of Monday.com task boards to reveal performance patterns and workflow deficiencies

• Create and uphold workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Manage incoming chatbot inquiries and escalate them to the relevant Credentialing team member

• Record and track incoming mail correspondence within Monday.com project boards

• Supervise shared credentialing email accounts and generate corresponding Monday.com tasks

• Handle credentialing request form intake and direct submissions to Government or Commercial workflow queues

• Examine dashboards to uncover trends in claim volumes and reimbursement

• Offer actionable insights to aid in payer credentialing prioritization decisions

• Create and distribute reports on payer enrollment and credentialing activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be taken into account

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle management preferred

• Proven expertise in workflow management, process documentation, and cross-functional teamwork

• Established history of delivering precise and actionable data analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools

• Knowledge of project management platforms (Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude AI) is an advantage
