Credentialing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily credentialing processes and spearhead data analysis initiatives.

• Recognize workflow deficiencies, monitor performance metrics, and create reports for cross-departmental stakeholders.

• Perform regular audits of Monday.com task boards.

• Establish and uphold workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Address chatbot inquiries and escalate them to the relevant Credentialing team member.

• Record and manage incoming mail correspondence within Monday.com project boards.

• Supervise shared credentialing inboxes and generate accurately directed Monday.com tasks.

• Handle credentialing request form submissions and assign them to Government or Commercial workflow queues.

• Examine dashboards for patterns in claim volume and reimbursement.

• Offer insights that aid in prioritizing payer credentialing decisions.

• Create and disseminate reports regarding payer enrollment and credentialing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be taken into account.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle is preferred.

• Proficiency in workflow management, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• A demonstrated history of delivering accurate and actionable data analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with project management platforms (Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).

• Knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude AI) is a plus.
