• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in expanding their platform visibility.

• Secure brand partnerships for creators.

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams on company strategy and the growth of the talent roster.

• Utilize proprietary software and expertise to assist creators in audience growth and content monetization.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
