Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the careers of creators, assisting them in expanding their audience and monetizing their content.

• Utilize proprietary software and industry expertise to negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Manage influencer portfolios, aiding talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to devise overall strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Operate independently and remotely in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Be prepared to hustle to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Capable of working autonomously and driving your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or within sales or marketing agencies.
