Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the careers of content creators, assisting them in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Manage influencer portfolios and secure partnerships with brands.

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators.

• Negotiate contracts with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and enhance the expansion of Grail Talent's roster.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing remote setting.

• Candidates must reside in the United States ("We're seeking the top management talent the US has to offer").

• Proficient with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capable of working independently and steering your own agenda.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to make things happen.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience and qualifications.

• Bonus: Previous experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies is preferred.
