Creator Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee creator rosters for designated post-sale campaigns.

• Carry out daily campaign operations in accordance with SOPs and playbooks, managing around 20–30 campaigns monthly at full capacity.

• Ensure real-time accuracy of campaign and creator information in the CRM and internal systems.

• Engage with creators via the platform and Zendesk support desk following established templates and guidelines.

• Recognize and appropriately escalate issues as they arise.

• Evaluate patterns to enhance processes over time.

• Collaborate with CSMs on rostering and liaise with Product, Finance, and RevOps to drive process improvements.

• Report directly to the Creator Operations lead.

• Contribute to #paid’s creator marketing marketplace, connecting creators with leading brands such as McDonald’s, Samsung, and Disney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of formulas, filtering, and data organization.

• Strong and prompt written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working efficiently in CRM and support-desk tools; familiarity with Zendesk is advantageous but not mandatory.

• 1–2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or managing high-volume tasks.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of the creator economy.

• Capability to evaluate creator and brand compatibility.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working asynchronously and in remote settings.
