Creative Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain HTML5 advertising banners utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Transform design mockups into interactive, refined creatives across various formats and sizes.

• Develop seamless animations and captivating visual effects using libraries like GSAP.

• Collaborate with template engines such as EJS to create reusable templates and dynamic, data-driven creatives.

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to extract, modify, and optimize graphic assets for development.

• Conduct testing and debugging of creatives to ensure visual quality, reliable functionality, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.

• Partner with designers and an international team, sharing ideas and ensuring timely project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be from Brazil.

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, accompanied by examples of your work.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience in creating web animations using GSAP or comparable JavaScript libraries.

• Familiarity with template engines like EJS and a solid understanding of reusable, dynamic templates.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately convert designs into functioning creatives.

• Proficient English communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively in an international setting.

• A proactive mindset for problem-solving, ownership of tasks, and eagerness to learn.

• Previous experience in developing HTML5 banners or other digital advertising creatives.

• Background in graphic, web, or motion design, with a keen eye for composition, typography, and animation.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience in utilizing AI coding agents to assist in development, along with the ability to review, comprehend, and validate the generated code.
