This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Connect design vision with engineering execution through innovative experimentation.
• Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop technical concepts that reflect human-centered design.
• Quickly create interactive and testable prototypes, featuring agentic AI-driven interactions.
• Utilize AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces to tackle business challenges.
• Lead the analysis of feasibility and conduct ethical reviews of technology decisions.
• Take into account agentic AI safety and governance considerations.
• Define and prototype agent tools that are accessible through APIs.
• Create front-end experiences that integrate with agentic systems.
• Facilitate streaming responses, manage conversation and workflow states, and support human-in-the-loop actions.
• Assess agent accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, and user trust.
• Convert experience requirements into tool contracts, UI behaviors, and evaluation benchmarks.
• Profound understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary collaboration between design and engineering teams.
• Capacity to apply emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Competence in creating both low- and high-fidelity digital and physical prototypes.
• Skill in designing human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for approvals, escalations, rollbacks, and exception handling.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, system integration, and implementation strategies.
• Expertise in translating prototypes and technical insights into engaging narratives.
• Awareness of equity, bias, transparency, and responsible AI/data practices.
• Proficiency in defining and prototyping API-based agent tools using REST/GraphQL, including schema design, error handling, and versioning.
• Experience in building modern web interfaces using frameworks like React/TypeScript that integrate with agentic systems.
• Ability to establish agent evaluation criteria and utilize test prompts, structured cases, and lightweight metrics.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience, varying by level.
• Domain-specific experience in areas such as finance, retail, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Background in both enterprise and agency settings.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Educational background in behavioral science, change management, or design research.
• Applied or academic experience with data science, AI/ML, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work.
• Ability to collaborate with AI engineers working in open-source agent runtimes.
• Preferred advanced degree or certification in design, HCI, computer science, or a related discipline.
