Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive creative kickoffs for all significant projects, taking ownership of the brief, aligning expectations, and establishing the creative vision.

• Oversee daily digital advertisement production across new assets, iterations, resizes, and variations.

• Assess and enhance creative workflows, briefs, templates, and tool configurations.

• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and apply insights to enhance project delivery.

• Investigate, test, and implement project management and automation tools.

• Create and manage asset operations, including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox folder organization.

• Expand ad production pipelines while adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure quality control and asset integrity, including uploads, naming conventions, and programming queue assignments.

• Produce high-impact marketing advertisements under tight deadlines.

• Collaborate with legal on asset review and approval processes.

• Monitor and report KPIs such as on-time and complete delivery, revision durations, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Develop playbooks and standards that document insights and enhance creative operations.

• Assist in project management for new product campaign launches from conception to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative setting.

• A natural collaborator across functions who can synthesize diverse feedback and align stakeholders while maintaining momentum.

• Open to innovation and continuous learning; eager to explore how AI can improve project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with a keen sense of quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset management.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana.

• Remains composed under deadline pressure with robust risk management and communication capabilities.

• Thinks strategically beyond mere task execution—actively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency and foster team collaboration.
