Creative Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee video production projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and project deliverables

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and actionable revision feedback to video editors

• Ensure organized project workflows and effective communication within the team

• Outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing information

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines independently

• Comfortable in a dynamic remote work environment

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing
