Creative Performance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers profitably

• Transform customer feedback, challenges, and motivations into engaging hooks, scripts, and creative ideas

• Develop a systematic creative testing strategy, analyze outcomes, and refine successful advertisements

• Provide briefs to both internal and external creatives for UGC, founder-led videos, testimonials, demonstrations, and static ads

• Establish streamlined processes for content sourcing, production, approvals, and performance evaluation

• Investigate AI tools for research, scripting, production, and analytics

• Experiment with new formats and additional platforms, including TikTok

• Lead creative strategy and paid social performance for a high-end skincare and beauty brand

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing Meta campaigns with significant budgets

• Background in developing and testing performance-driven creatives for eCommerce or DTC businesses

• Strong grasp of hooks, storytelling, customer psychology, and conversion strategies

• Confidence in translating performance data into effective creative choices

• Capability to write actionable briefs and coordinate the creative production process

• Excellent visual judgment while upholding premium brand standards

• Interest in AI and practical methods to enhance workflow

• Proactivity in identifying opportunities and advancing ideas

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, or other competitive DTC sectors is particularly relevant

• Portfolio/application evidence showcasing an eCommerce Meta account that has experienced growth, monthly spending, performance results, two successful creative examples, and an experiment or AI workflow with outcomes
