This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee studio intake, workflows, timelines, and project management.

• Develop scalable systems and processes to enhance studio operations.

• Explore AI tools and automation to boost speed, quality, and team productivity.

• Optimize repetitive workflows and minimize operational friction.

• Advance the studio operating system across Claude, Notion, Asana, Figma, and emerging AI platforms.

• Create and maintain templates, documentation, trackers, and resource libraries.

• Assist in major brand launches, campaigns, and creative productions.

• Manage reviews, approvals, vendors, freelancers, and asset oversight.

• Enhance visibility regarding priorities, capacity, and delivery timelines.

• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with designers, brand marketers, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Contribute to shaping the operations of Paddle’s global, AI-enabled Brand Studio at scale.

• Proven experience in experimenting with tools and refining workflows.

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple dynamic projects.

• Composed under pressure and capable of introducing structure to uncertainty.

• Motivated by enabling large-scale creative efforts.

• Interest in developing a premier global brand studio.

• Bonus: experience with integrating AI tools or automation into creative or marketing workflows.

• Bonus: experience in supporting brand campaigns, launches, events, or productions.

• Bonus: experience in creating operational systems for fast-paced creative or marketing teams.
