📋 Description

• Oversee the Digital Creative Unit in a professional capacity as its leader.

• Promote the development of the team and the growth of individual talents.

• Influence the integration of AI within the team and enhance their creative skills.

• Generate and refine compelling creative concepts and guide their implementation.

• Collaborate with the Brand Strategy Unit to establish creatively grounded processes.

• Offer expertise in social media and digital marketing strategies.

• Utilize strong visual design abilities and challenge conceptualizers and designers on their work.

• Manage the complete creative workflow from conception through production to launch.

• Create advertising materials or videos directly when necessary.

• Set clear expectations and effectively handle conflicts.

• Present creative ideas persuasively to current and prospective clients, highlighting their value and impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Head of Digital, Creative Strategist, or a similar role within a digital agency focused on marketing and communication.

• A genuine perspective on AI and its influence on creative processes.

• A demonstrated history of innovative, boundary-pushing creative thinking coupled with sound strategic reasoning.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.

• Ability to address conflicts by clearly articulating expectations and adhering to them.

• Leadership experience is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required.

• Preference for candidates based in or around Vienna.
