• Transform Moments that Matter into innovative territories, messaging hypotheses, campaign concepts, headlines, CTAs, and copy direction.
• Provide senior-level creative judgment for dynamic, digital-first projects linked to business results.
• Assist in refining requests, pinpoint stronger creative angles, and convert strategic insights into clear, compelling, and unique assets.
• Advocate for creative in strategic new-business and portfolio-sales initiatives.
• Develop speculative and portfolio creative materials.
• Contribute to campaign-style case studies that promote account growth and generate new revenue.
• Take ownership of the idea, message, and creative direction prior to production commencement.
• Lay the groundwork for Directive’s strategic creative methodology.
• Transform briefs into territories, concepts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, landing-page narrative directions, and message sequencing.
• Collaborate with designers to provide strong concepts and copy guidance.
• Evaluate creative requests, briefs, workflows, pitch materials, and performance creative examples.
• Engage with Creative Production, Paid Media, Growth, Sales, Account leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Establish campaign brief requirements and design a campaign creative brief template.
• Identify key use cases for the campaign model.
• Execute real briefs through insights, hypotheses, concepts, copy direction, production handoff, launch, and learning.
• Create creative territories, messaging angles, campaign copy, and testing recommendations.
• Support new-business, strategic account, and portfolio-sales opportunities with speculative or campaign-style creative.
• Develop a partnership model with production designers.
• Create campaign-style case studies and internal proof points.
• Set a creative review rhythm centered on concept quality, message clarity, testability, and business relevance.
• Define a message/proof library and taxonomy.
• Establish a consistent creative testing rhythm: hypothesis → variant → data → decision.
• 4–6 years of professional creative experience, with a significant portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing context.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range across brand work and performance creative, including a visual system developed and an ad campaign executed that achieved measurable results.
• Experience in developing campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Capability to maintain and evolve brand standards across various channels.
• Understanding of creative strategy and storytelling.
• Ability to translate ICP, positioning, personas, JTBD insights, proof points, objections, and funnel-stage context into creative hypotheses and campaign concepts.
• Executive presence and confidence in presenting creative strategy in new-business, portfolio-sales, client-facing, or leadership situations.
• Strong grasp of performance creative, testing methodologies, message iteration, pipeline influence, and revenue-oriented creative measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with production designers, paid media strategists, Account Directors, Growth, and Sales personnel.
• Comfort with operating in ambiguity and shaping incomplete briefs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media dynamics.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design, video and motion graphics, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficient with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and collaborative handoff.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or equivalent.
• Comfort with generative AI and a recommended toolset from day one.
• Current, permanent work authorization in the country of residence.
• Reliable setup, high-speed internet, and a professional working environment capable of running Adobe Creative Suite and video production software.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate design and video software on Mac or PC.
• Ability to consistently observe and interpret written and verbal communications.
