This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Facilitate in-depth design meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Assist in the design and implementation processes for new and ongoing programs across designated services.
• Act as the primary contact for client program design.
• Collect operational and IT requirements for program scope, pricing, and implementation.
• Lead discussions with clients to gather requirements.
• Create design documentation in collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop and review proposed processes, systems, technologies, and roles.
• Submit work requests via the designated ticketing system.
• Collaborate with service and product owners on implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate with operations and IT teams regarding process and system enhancements.
• Serve as a resource for program stakeholders involved in implementation deliverables.
• Distribute requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the evaluation of custom requirements.
• Partner with project managers to ensure that deliverables and timelines are adhered to.
• Secure final approval and sign-off for program components.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and create recommendation reports.
• Integrate recommendations into best practices for future design management.
• Previous experience in Program Management - Patient Affordability/Market Access, Project Management, Solutions Delivery, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles at Mercalis or a similar organization.
• Strong understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions.
• Excellent note-taking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or over 10 years of proven strong program design performance or related responsibilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Willingness to take responsibility for delivery from a diverse, distributed team without formal authority.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with robust time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Sound business acumen and understanding of scope control.
• Proficient in managing and overseeing project plans.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize client issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Subject Matter Expert in Market Access with a solid understanding of Patient Affordability services.
• Preferred typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
• Flexibility to travel as required is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screen.
