📋 Description

• Serve as the creative lead for premier energy clients, transforming briefs into innovative concepts.

• Create multi-channel campaigns that span digital, social media, video, experiential, and earned media.

• Guide and mentor creative teams to achieve impactful execution.

• Effectively present creative work to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with urgency, maintaining quality and focus across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Adapt to changing technologies, tools, platforms, and priorities.

• Contribute to cultivating a culture of creative excellence and teamwork.

• Drive creative strategy and execution for significant clients in the energy sector.

• Collaborate with writers, designers, strategists, and account managers.

• Oversee the creative process from pitch presentations to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of creative experience (in an agency or studio setting), including senior leadership roles.

• A portfolio that highlights exceptional conceptual and executional work.

• Applicants should be located in the Philadelphia or New Jersey area for specific accounts.

• Preferred experience in energy, sustainability, or behavior-change campaigns.

• Proficiency in emerging creative technologies, including AI-enhanced workflows.

• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication abilities.

• Comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
