Creative Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance brand identities, including logos, corporate design, design systems, sales materials, presentations, and consistent brand messaging.

• Conceptualize and create contemporary websites, landing pages, and digital user experiences.

• Design UX/UI concepts and screen layouts, and effectively implement and manage websites using WordPress and Elementor.

• Generate innovative designs for both digital and offline marketing campaigns, encompassing performance creatives, Google Ads, social media campaigns, landing pages, banners, and traditional advertising materials.

• Craft visual assets for social media, content marketing, and email marketing, including images, videos, infographics, and creative content formats.

• Effectively utilize modern AI tools for ideation, content production, image creation, and optimization of creative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of branding, design principles, typography, visual language, and UX/UI design.

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and contemporary AI design tools.

• Solid experience with WordPress and Elementor, including designing and maintaining responsive websites; basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.

• Proven experience in designing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, along with creating visuals for social media and performance marketing.

• High affinity for software, rapid learning capacity, and the ability to independently acquire new tools and technologies.

• Completed education in graphic design, media, or a related field (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent qualification).

• Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken (minimum C2 level, preferably native-level).

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
