Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate, innovative, and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas across various domains.

• Offer a creative vision while generating visual ideas from the ground up.

• Engage in discussions about project requirements and business objectives with both clients and internal teams.

• Convert project objectives into high-quality creative solutions.

• Ensure timely project delivery in line with task descriptions and technical specifications.

• Implement AI throughout the design process, from research and moodboarding to concept creation, asset production, motion design, and final delivery.

• Anticipate and communicate potential risks to achieve goals and maintain timelines.

• Share insights and propose enhancements to creative design methodologies and practices.

• Investigate, experiment with, and utilize AI tools throughout the concept development and delivery phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UI design for the web, particularly in creative websites, promotional landing pages, and interactive concepts.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and responsive/adaptive design.

• Capability to independently craft original visual concepts from sketches to refined UI, with the ability to present and advocate for design choices.

• Practical experience with UI motion, including element animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.

• Basic 3D skills for UI and visuals, such as asset creation or simple scenes in Blender or Cinema 4D.

• At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for briefings, presentations, and effective communication.

• An inquisitive nature and openness to modern tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows, with a quick ability to adopt new technologies.

• A portfolio that showcases strong visual and UI design, emphasizing creative concepts for web and interactive projects.

• Experience with GPU rendering tools like Octane or Redshift is an advantage.

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principles is a plus.

• Video editing expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, including AI-assisted and generative video tools, is a plus.

• Skills in illustration and character design are a plus.

• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary design teams is a plus.

• A strong visual aesthetic and keen attention to detail.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of design outcomes.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Open to feedback and capable of quick iterations.
