Court Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Contact courts regarding specific orders and general updates on court status, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.

• Engage professionally and accurately through remote voice calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and various clients.

• Utilize Skye, the in-house software, to process documents, add informative notes and updates, and carry out other data-entry tasks with precision.

• Handle a steady flow of incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist courts and clients.

• Convey relevant and updated information from courts to process servers and customers.

• Collaborate with team members to identify underlying issues and inefficiencies in processes as documents transition to and from court.

• Navigate and comprehend court dockets, download court documents, and import them into the internal application as required.

• Execute additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Prior legal experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year in customer support, call center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote setting, utilizing programs such as Teams and Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, along with other applications like online faxes.

• Experience in document manipulation (PDFs) is necessary.

• Ability to execute repetitive data-entry tasks accurately.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Quick learner who is eager to develop and grow professionally.
