This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Contact courts regarding individual orders and provide updates on general court status, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.

• Communicate effectively and professionally via remote voice calls and emails with court staff, attorneys, and other clients.

• Utilize Skye, the internal application, to process documents, add relevant updates/notes, and carry out data entry tasks.

• Handle a steady stream of incoming and outgoing phone calls to support courts and clients.

• Convey updated information from courts to process servers and clients.

• Work collaboratively with team members to pinpoint root causes and improve process inefficiencies.

• Navigate and comprehend court dockets; download documents and upload them into the internal application as required.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Previous legal experience is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call-center, or retail roles in a service-oriented capacity is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working and effectively communicating in a remote setting, utilizing platforms such as Teams/Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other tools such as online fax services.

• Experience in document manipulation, particularly with PDFs.

• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks accurately.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Quick to learn and open to learning and professional development.
