This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Contact courts regarding individual orders and general updates on court statuses, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues concerning existing orders.

• Interact accurately and professionally through remote voice calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.

• Utilize Skye, the in-house application, to process documents, input informative updates/notes, and conduct data entry.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to support courts and customers.

• Convey updated information from courts to process servers and customers.

• Work collaboratively with team members to identify root causes and inefficiencies in processes.

• Navigate and comprehend court dockets; download court documents and upload them into the internal application.

• Undertake other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Previous legal experience is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call-center, or retail in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment, utilizing programs such as Teams/Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other programs like online Faxes.

• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).

• Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Quick learner with a willingness to learn and develop.
