📋 Description

• Engage with courts regarding individual orders and general updates on court statuses, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to existing orders.

• Communicate clearly and professionally via remote voice calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.

• Utilize Skye, the in-house application, to process documents, add informative updates/notes, and execute data-entry tasks.

• Manage a steady flow of incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist both courts and customers.

• Convey updated information from courts to process servers and clients.

• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and inefficiencies in processes.

• Navigate court dockets, comprehend case documents and statuses, download documents, and import them into the internal application.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma / GED is required.

• Legal experience is preferred.

• At least 1 year of customer support / call-center / retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment, utilizing programs such as Teams/Zoom for outgoing calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, along with other tools such as online Faxes.

• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).

• Capable of performing repetitive data-entry tasks with precision.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

• Quick learner who is eager to learn and develop.
